JUST MOBILITY SCOOTERS RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY BY BRAND
All sales are final on Shoprider Products. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, you are aware of the shipping time 3-10 business days and that you need and want this product before purchasing.
For any and all allowed returns for all brands, the customer will need to pay for return shipping before the item is shipped back to any of our warehouses. If a returned product arrives damaged to our warehouse we will not accept the return and not issue a refund.
If, for any reason, you cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it, whether its because the item will take longer to get to you, or because of any other reason, you will be responsible for 15% cancellation fee. This covers our administration costs and our supplier's costs of quality control, packaging, and creating paperwork for shipment. *Excludes Shoprider brand.
